Why does society feel the need to label people? In this podcast, Lydia Blackburn, trainee at Shape Arts, questions the ways in which people are often categorised and put into metaphorical boxes. Through both her personal perspective and interviews with others, Lydia examines the constructs that force us to label parts of our identity.
