Are Apprenticeships the Answer?
The majority of museum conservators have a Conservation Degree or Masters, and are required to have a level of practical experience before being classed suitable for a position. Are the routes into the profession accessible to all, or does more need to be done? This podcast asks a number of conservators how they started off, and how they got to where they are today.
